# PolicyWatcher editorial asset terms

The files identified as PolicyWatcher-owned media in the accompanying asset
manifest may be reproduced in editorial coverage, research, presentations and
factual descriptions of PolicyWatcher, subject to the following conditions.

## Required credit

Use the credit line recorded for the individual asset. When no more specific
credit is provided, use: `PolicyWatcher / Fabrizio Degni`.

## Permitted changes

- Proportional resizing.
- Layout-safe cropping that does not remove material product context.
- Colour-space conversion required by a publication workflow.

## Not permitted

- Use that implies endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation.
- Modification of product screenshots in a way that changes displayed facts,
  states, dates, limitations or interface meaning.
- Upscaling the 200 x 200 pixel founder portrait independently. Use the supplied
  2400-pixel source-faithful version when a larger file is required.
- Presenting the AI-restored portrait variant as an unaltered source photograph.
- Presenting the supplied SVG or EPS logo containers as native vector-path
  masters; both carry the owned raster artwork and state that boundary.
- Removal of a visible limitation, date, caption or credit when it forms part
  of the supplied editorial context.

## Separate repository licence

These editorial asset terms are separate from the licence covering the public
PolicyWatcher repository and release documentation. Third-party marks or
coverage images, when referenced elsewhere on the site, are not included in
this media licence.

## Provenance boundary

SHA-256 checksums establish file integrity only. IPTC/XMP metadata documents
the supplied caption, creator, credit and usage terms. Neither mechanism proves
the truth of a claim or constitutes third-party endorsement. Content
Credentials are not attached unless the asset manifest explicitly states
otherwise.

The synthetic English demo narration and AI-restored portrait are labelled in
their metadata and captions. Their availability does not establish independent
review, product validation or photographic authenticity beyond the disclosed
source and transformation.
