01One operational focus derives the next review action from configuration, terminal failures, scheduled work, processing state or the absence of returned exceptions.
02The ledger now filters locally by needs-action, scheduled and delivered state and searches endpoint, event and change identifiers.
03Result counts, reset controls and separate no-record and no-match states keep the current filtering context explicit.
04Mobile supporting text meets a 12px minimum within the page, while controls retain 44px targets and the ledger avoids page-level horizontal overflow.
